Fifteen years leading HR and organisational transformation at Amplifon, Coesia, Fincantieri and Heidrick & Struggles, where he helped bring technology, data and AI into the business. One of the rare HR leaders who also works with prototypes and code, so he challenges technical decisions rather than just buying software. A previous founder and author of three books on AI, he leads product and pilots at ignostiq.

Sergei Filatov

Co-founder & CTO

More than 20 years building digital products end to end, from UX and product design to full-stack engineering and AI agents. He solo-built AI WooCommerce and Demands.app, and designed a Swedbank dashboard used daily by more than 5,000 employees. Earlier, he led design at Paxful and taught web technologies. At ignostiq he owns the product and technical architecture, from AI-agent orchestration to production.

Our method comes out of research

We build it with the research group at the University of Milan and put it to the test in Tehnopol’s AI Accelerator, where we are one of eight selected companies.

Tehnopol AI Accelerator, 2026 cohort

ignostiq is one of eight companies selected for Tehnopol’s six-month AI Accelerator, supported by Estonia’s Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications. The programme provides focused training, weekly mentoring and access to AI and business experts.

Joint research with Prof. Alessandra Lazazzara at the University of Milan, which hosts the only full Master’s programme in AI for HRM. We support a PhD project on the impact of AI in the workplace, involving our pilot companies and generating applied insights. This collaboration forms the foundation of our Eurostars EU programme application.
