Privacy Notice

How Alesserg Technology OÜ, operating under the commercial brand ignostiq, handles personal data collected through this website. Last updated: July 12, 2026.

1. Who controls your data

2. Scope of this notice

This notice covers personal data we process through the ignostiq, Pulse Suite and Pulse360 marketing website: contact and demo enquiries, resource registration, the newsletter and technical data. Personal data processed inside the Pulse360 product on behalf of a customer (for example, employee feedback) is governed by that customer’s agreement and Data Processing Agreement, under which Alesserg Technology OÜ acts as a processor and the customer is the controller. It is not covered by this notice.

3. Data we collect

  • Contact and demo enquiries: your name, email, company, message and consent choices.
  • Resource registration: your name, work email, company and marketing opt-in.
  • Newsletter: your email address.
  • Communications: the content of emails or messages you send us.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser information and cookie data (see Cookies).

4. Why we process it

  • To respond to your enquiries and follow up.
  • To grant and maintain access to downloadable resources.
  • To send marketing updates, but only if you opted in.
  • To prevent spam and abuse and keep the website secure.

5. Legal bases (GDPR Article 6)

  • Responding to an enquiry: our legitimate interest in replying, and taking steps at your request prior to any contract. We do not rely on consent to respond, because the processing is necessary to answer you.
  • Resource access: legitimate interest and providing the access you requested.
  • Marketing: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Spam prevention and security: legitimate interest.

6. Recipients and processors

We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with providers who process it on our behalf, under data-processing terms:

  • A notification service: delivers your contact or demo enquiry to our team as a notification.
  • Google (reCAPTCHA v3): processes technical data on our forms for spam prevention.
  • Our email and mailing provider: sends resource-access links and, if you opted in, newsletters.
  • Our hosting and infrastructure provider: processes requests and server logs (including IP addresses).

7. International transfers

Some providers are located outside the EU/EEA (for example, reCAPTCHA in the United States). Where applicable, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards for the transfer.

8. Retention

  • Enquiries and communications: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless an ongoing relationship requires longer.
  • Resource registration: while your access is active (up to one year).
  • Marketing consent records: until you withdraw consent.

We review data periodically and delete what is no longer needed.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and to withdraw consent for marketing. To exercise them, email privacy@ignostiq.com. We respond within one month.

10. Complaints

You can lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee) or your local supervisory authority.

11. Cookies and analytics

  • Resource-access cookie: a functional, HTTP-only cookie that remembers your registration so you can download resources without re-registering. It holds only a flag value and expires after one year.
  • Google reCAPTCHA v3: used on forms to prevent spam; it may process your IP and browser data per Google’s Privacy Policy.
  • Analytics: we do not currently run third-party analytics or set analytics cookies. If we introduce analytics in future, we will ask for your consent before any analytics cookies are set.

12. Contact and registration forms

Our forms ask for a required confirmation that you have read this Privacy Notice, and a separate, optional marketing opt-in. The two are never combined.

13. Automated decision-making

This website does not make automated decisions about you. Within the Pulse360 product, AI is used only to assist people: it proposes analysis that a person reviews, edits or rejects before it informs any decision. Pulse360 does not make autonomous employment decisions.

We may update this notice; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
